- A fully insured supplemental health plan that adds real protection on top of what your employees already have
More Coverage. More in Every Paycheck. Health Insurance Plans built for your employees retention.
Coverage That Works Alongside Your Current Plan
This plan adds insured coverage on top of your employees’ existing health insurance — accident protection, ambulance coverage, and access to virtual care — while increasing what they take home in every paycheck. It runs alongside your current benefits, funds itself through payroll, and costs your practice nothing to offer.
- WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES GET
Real Coverage, on Top of What They Already Have
Accident indemnity coverage
For hospital visits related to a covered accident.
Ambulance coverage
For emergency transport.
Virtual care and wellness
Access to virtual medical care and wellness resources, including preventative care support.
More in every paycheck
Funded the same way any pre-tax benefit works, the same mechanism behind health insurance and 401(k) contributions your employees already use.
Full plan details, including any waiting periods or exclusions, are outlined in the plan documents provided at enrollment — we walk your team through exactly what’s covered before anyone signs up.
- WHAT YOUR PRACTICE GETS
A Benefit With No Net Cost
No disruption to your current health insurance.
This runs alongside your existing plan, not instead of it.
No cost to implement.
The plan funds itself through payroll — nothing comes out of your practice’s budget.
Full administrative support.
Enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing administration are handled for you.
A real recruiting and retention tool.
Employees notice when an employer adds coverage without asking them to pay more.
- How the plan is structured
The Plan Itself
Underwritten by a licensed insurer
Filed with the Department of Insurance in every state we operate in, and reinsured to meet state solvency requirements.
Claims are handled by an independent third-party administrator
— separate from the entity managing premiums.
Available to employees who already have health insurance
— this is a supplemental plan, layered on top of existing coverage, not a replacement for it.
Built to stay outside ERISA
the federal law that adds compliance requirements to most employer-run benefit plans. Participation is voluntary, your practice makes no financial contribution, and your only role is collecting the premium through payroll deduction — not recommending or endorsing the plan. The only thing your practice receives in return is a small administrative fee for handling that deduction. The result: this stays off your plate as a compliance matter.
